1. Comprehensive inspection and maintenance: At the beginning of the summer, a comprehensive inspection, maintenance and lubrication of the machine tool to ensure that all parts of the machine tool can work normally. At the same time, the heat dissipation, ventilation and dust removal of the electric cabinet are carried out to avoid safety accidents such as failures and inaccurate accuracy caused by high temperature weather and typhoons and rains, so as to reduce cost losses.

2. Cleaning and inspection of the electric control cabinet: clean the dust and air filter in the electric cabinet, check whether the fan is running normally, and prevent the aging, oxidation and insufficient heat dissipation of electrical components. If the workshop does not have the conditions to install air conditioning, you can choose to use electric fans to accelerate heat dissipation.

5. Use coolant: Use coolant that meets specifications to prevent corrosion, carbon accumulation and other problems. 7. Environmental moisture and rust prevention: the summer humidity is large, and special attention needs to be paid to the moisture and rust prevention work of the machine tool. Enclosed protective electrical equipment can be used to create protective natural barriers to the environment, such as closed distribution cabinets and industrial dehumidifiers. At the same time, equipment and workpieces should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid exposure to humid environments.
